Why are your referrals so important to us?
As you may know, the real estate business is all about connections. To be successful Realtors®, we have to connect people who are looking to buy homes with people who are looking to sell homes. The more people we talk to, the more people we can help. Most agents spend a huge amount of time and money trying to generate new business. We believe our time is better spent serving our existing clients. Those clients expect and deserve our full attention and dedication. That’s why it’s crucial that we receive referrals, and lots of them!
Who do you know?
Everyone comes into contact with people who are moving from time to time. They could be friends, family members, co-workers, acquaintances, neighbors, customers, someone behind you in the checkout line, etc. Really, anyone you have contact with could be a great referral for us. They don’t even have to be moving to or from Southern MD. We have the ability to refer them to excellent agents anywhere in the United States! All it takes is for you to keep your ears open and help us make the connection.
How can you help?
It’s really simple. When you learn that someone you know is getting ready to move, just tell them that you know a great husband & wife team that they should talk to! Tell them about your experiences with us and why you refer people to us. Even if they say they already know a Realtor®, recommend that they interview several agents before making a decision. That way, they’ll know for sure that they’ve made the right decision. After they’ve agreed to talk with us, ask if it would be OK for you to give us their contact information. If they prefer to contact us themselves, that’s fine too. Just give them one of our brochures or business cards. Let us know who you’ve given our information out to. We’ll then know that you referred them so we can keep you posted on our progress.
-Remember, no matter how busy we get, we’re never too busy for your referrals!
