In response to the most common question people ask us, we've added this link to give you up-to-date information on what's really going on in the market.  Around the 10th day of every month, the local MLS (MRIS) posts sales activity reports.  These reports are pretty straightforward, but feel free to contact us to talk about what it all means for you and your home sale or purchase.
